December 2nd IEQF Membership Meeting

In attendance: 11 members present

Treasurer's Report: we broke $4000! $3925.01 in checking and $234.98 in Paypal, with an on-site refund, we are are over $4200! This opens opportunities for shade, mower, runway extension material, labor to lengthen it.

Runway committee: David would like to know when Tracy, Robin and Lee would like to meet to discuss what to do. Give David a call or email him. David thinks that extending the runway should be the first priority. Jim knows the person who leveled the runway, so keep in touch with Jim to get that contact set up. Jim will let David know when he has a bid.

Handing over treasury duty-Jim and Tracy will transfer names, etc. before the new year. The website will be updated to reflect Tracy's information for making payments.

Gate combination lock will change at the 1st of the year, so new cards will have it on there after the 1st of January. Must be a member for 2022 to get the gate combo!

Anne will send the officers all the information for social media and rosters.

Indoor flying: David hasn't inquired about indoor flying due in part to several factors (HUB, Covid, lack of enough interested pilots, etc.). David may try to get some dates after the new year. Stay tuned!

New Year's flying: Meet at the field at 10am. Donuts and coffee will be provided.

E-membership cards: we will be moving to e-cards. They will have the pilot's name, officer signature, expiration date and include the gate combo.

Next meeting: Maybe in March to vote on any expenses. Keep an eye out for updates.
