AMA Approved Flight InstructorsThese members are certified by The Academy of Model Aeronautics to provide flight instruction to students. There is no cost for this, and no tips or favors are expected. We simply want to share our love for flight with others. Students training under one of the club instructors are covered under the instructors AMA insurance policy and are not required to have AMA insurance, as long as flying with the instructor. These instructors have been certified based on their flight proficiency, as well as the ability to communicate and teach new pilots the basics of R/C flight.
If you do not have all of you equipment yet, IEQF has trainer aircraft, Sailplanes, and Heli's that you can learn on. And all of it is free of charge! Learning is easy with the modern bubby box systems, and virtually eliminates the chances of you crashing while learning the basics.
